I wish to apply for membership in the Red Barn Golf Course, Inc. Rockton, IL. If accepted, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations. Furthermore, I understand:

1) Members’ use of the club’s facilities is leased annually and the club is operated by the rules and regulations which have been adopted by the Red Barn Golf Course, Inc. A yearly member has no equity or other interest in the club or any of its assets.

2) All applications for membership are subject to acceptance by the club.

3) Dues are payable annually in advance. No member will be subject to assessments in addition to annual dues. Membership is on a yearly basis. No refunds will be made.

4) Members are entitled to play golf during normal course hours subject to league play, play days.

5) Members are subject to loss of membership due to improper conduct while using facilities.

6) Membership cards are not valid during play days or special events.
